Level up - UPWARD Creative celebrates its first anniversary
When executive-search best practices meet start-up culture
“How far we’ve come since the draft of the first business plan on the corner of a table, driven by the strong conviction that animated me: The certainty that we could offer an alternative approach to large international recruitment firms with a truly targeted offer, a rigorous methodology and above all making no concessions to excellence in execution.
The desire to propose the “meeting of executive-search best practices and start-up culture”, which would not have been possible without the confidence of the Founder of the UPWARD group, Michael OBADIA, who gave me carte blanche to carry out my project.
Our first mission was entrusted to us by the Artistic Director of a Parisian luxury house, who recommended us directly to his Human Resources Department when we were only a few weeks old, and since then the beautiful stories have followed one after the other.
Whether they are fast-growing fashion houses, historic Luxury players who must continue to adapt to a new generation of talent and/or a global market, or brands that are in the process of re-conquest, that need to reinvent themselves, communicate better, accelerate, each project has been unique and exciting for us.
We are eager to see what the future holds and we are entering our second year buoyed by the strong encouragement and the incredible welcome we have received since day one”.
