Vannina BERETTI Founder of UPWARD Creative

With a Master's degree in Psychology, Vannina started her career in a C-level executive search firm in Paris before specializing in Creative Top Management roles in New York at Martens & Heads, then at The Jonas Group. Back in Paris in 2011, she joined Sterling International and to work on global recruitments in France and abroad for many Creative Directors and Senior executive roles in Marketing, Image and Communication for prestigious Fashion & Luxury brands, as well as major players in the High-street, Beauty and Lifestyle industries. In 2018, she joins the Upward Group as Director and creates Upward Creative, dedicated exclusively to Creative, Image and Marketing Management roles.

Céline Collin Recruitment Consultant

After her studies in History and a diploma in Info-Communication, Céline began her career in research, monitoring and information management in consulting and auditing firms, then in the financial and legal sectors.   At the same time, she is also passionate about creation and art, and has been painting for many years in the studios of the Beaux-Arts in Paris.   Caught up by her strong appetite for art, image and fashion, she joined a major international recruitment firm specializing in the Luxury, Fashion and Retail sectors in 2008 and discovered all aspects of the headhunting profession with an obvious liking for their "Creative Pole" practice.   After 9 years with Sterling International, she started a career as a Freelance Researcher working for several recruitment firms specialized in the FRLG sector and mainly working on their creative missions for major players in the Luxury, Fashion and Beauty industries.   Working closely with Upward Creative for several years, she officially joined the firm in June 2020 as a Recruitment Consultant.

Giulia Casa Executive Assistant to Director

After her studies in Foreign Languages, Cultures and Literatures in Italy, Giulia started her career as Assistant Director and International Client Manager for an Italian luxury furniture company. During this experience she discovered one of her passions: the luxury field. She continued her career as Social Media Manager, but she wanted to get back in the game and she decided to resume her studies in Fashion and Design with a Master at the RBS in Rome and a MBA2 in Luxury and Fashion Management & Marketing at the ESLSCA of Paris. Fascinated with every aspect of the fashion and luxury industry and attracted by the Upward’ values, she decides to join the Creative team in 2022.

Chargée de communication
Après un master de recherche en philosophie, j’ ai esquivé la voie menant à l’enseignement, pour me diriger vers un environnement professionnel me permettant à la fois d’être créative. J’ai eu un véritable coup de cœur pour Upward et Michael m’a créé un poste adapté à mes appétences. Chez Upward, mes interventions concernent l’ensemble du Groupe. En tant que chargée de communication, je développe le design, le référencement et le contenu éditorial des sites internet. Je prends également soin des relations presse, j’anime nos réseaux sociaux et j’essaie de développer une stratégie de com’ ! J’interviens également sur des missions de recrutement en interne, afin d’épauler Alix dans la recherche de nouveaux collaborateurs. J’ai donc la chance de travailler étroitement avec notre fondateur et notre DRH, qui m’ont mis le pied à l’étrier !
