Céline Collin

After her studies in History and a diploma in Info-Communication, Céline began her career in research, monitoring and information management in consulting and auditing firms, then in the financial and legal sectors.

At the same time, she is also passionate about creation and art, and has been painting for many years in the studios of the Beaux-Arts in Paris.

Caught up by her strong appetite for art, image and fashion, she joined a major international recruitment firm specializing in the Luxury, Fashion and Retail sectors in 2008 and discovered all aspects of the headhunting profession with an obvious liking for their “Creative Pole” practice.

After 9 years with Sterling International, she started a career as a Freelance Researcher working for several recruitment firms specialized in the FRLG sector and mainly working on their creative missions for major players in the Luxury, Fashion and Beauty industries.

Working closely with Upward Creative for several years, she officially joined the firm in June 2020 as a Recruitment Consultant.
